Culturally Responsive Classroom
Our approach provides a foundation of empathy, compassion and respect in the21st learning environment. Participants will gain an understanding of the active role adults play in the culture of the classroom and become proficient in the use of specific tools that will provide evidence of building an inclusive and culturally responsive classroom.
Positive and Supportive School Culture and Climate
Our teaching and learning framework directs teaching staff on how to create routines and implement simple exercises that promote a classroom climate that is respectful and inclusive. Teaching staff will be provided with strategies and techniques of how to infuse this approach into everyday instruction.
Our approach empowers students to understand how their online posts and pictures can affect their reputation and opportunities such as acceptance into their dream college, eligibility for grants and scholarships or hinder them from landing the job of their dreams.
Cyber bullying / Bullying
This program provides solutions to cyber bullying behaviors by teaching safe strategies through specifically designed lessons that meet Common Core Curriculum Standards and Nationwide State Laws. By the end of the program your student will have been provided the knowledge to make realistic, appropriate and positive choices which will help them now and in their future.
Classroom Management in a 21st Century Context
Teachers will become proficient in the use of specific tools and routines that will provide evidence of building an inclusive and respectful classroom. This approach will equip educators and students with 21st Century strategies and techniques such as inquiry based instruction, creativity, reflection and critical thinking to promote empathy, understanding, acceptance and tolerance in the classroom and a method for redirecting students when necessary.
Leadership and Soft Skills
Our approach will arm your students and workforce with the soft skills needed to be successful in a global economy.
Support Students with Learning and Attention Issues
Our program supports students in special ed (including children with IEP and 504 plans) with a social and emotional program specifically designed in a 21st Century context.

Our program offers strategies for working with students for whom English is not their first language.
Use Summer School to teach 21st Century Strategies
Use our online courses during summer break to provide your teachers with the Bullying and Beyond: Tools for Understanding and Engaging 21st Century Students as Dual Citizens course. This 3 credit course provides teachers high quality and convenient professional development.
