Small Groups are so beneficial

Sofia Velez
High School Student

Attending small groups every week has been such a benefit to my life. In our small group we have an opportunity to release stress and anything we are overwhelmed with by sharing it with everyone. When people are sharing in our group, I am able to relate with what they say and it makes me feel like I’m not the only one with these problems. I am so fortunate that I have an opportunity to have a space where I can receive advice on how to better understand others through communication. I would highly recommend small groups and think it will be very helpful to everyone who takes part in it.

Whether you are a school administrator, teacher, parent, mentor or corporation, we can design a program to suit your needs. Let’s make the connection!
